Congratulations to Kayelee and Maya for being selected to represent NPJH in the Indiana All-Region Band for the Southwest Region. They will be learning music and rehearsing with the band in Vincennes in November. We are so proud of these two young ladies for representing our school on Sunday, November 13 at South Knox High School.
The 7th grade students have been selected as the winners of the Posey County Public Service Announcement contest for Red Ribbon Week. Melanie Reising, President of Promoting Drug Free Communities Posey County, made the announcement to our students on Wednesday. Congratulations to our students for an awesome job!
Congratulations to Ava, Blake, and Ethan! Ava finished in 6th place and was selected first team all conference. Ethan finished 18th, Blake finished 20th, and they were both selected second team all conference.
NPJH has a "Latte School Spirit"! Congratulations to the staff and students for representing NPJH in the Homecoming Parade, and receiving 2nd place.

Our Butter Braid and Cookie Dough fundraiser kicks off on Thursday, September 8. These products are delicious and perfect to keep on hand for gatherings, holidays, or last minute needs. We appreciate your support!
On Friday, September 2, forty four 8th grade students will be inducted into National Junior Honor Society. We will be on assembly schedule for the day. The ceremony will begin at 2:35 and will be held in the Mass Learning Center (MLC). Family members of the students being inducted should enter through entrance #7 (MLC), sign in and be seated. The Viking Charge was held on Saturday, August 28. There were 18 teams registered with approximately 379 runners. A special thank you to Chris Barker, Steve Kavanaugh, Brian and Toni Wilson for the time and preparation for the event. We appreciate the starter, Bob Head, for continuing to come and start our event. This year we were pleased to have TimingMD come out and professionally time the event.
